Spring is encroaching on winter and it’s quite nice to feel it in the air. One of my favorite feelings is the approach of spring. And with spring we are changing from a single drink of the month, to a menu of seasonal offerings!

I love the involvement of the crowd. Our customers are well versed in drinking beverages and it brings me joy to know that I can make room for the element of democracy to solidify these seasonal menu items.

We will most assuredly be adding matcha lattes, adding new spring tea blends, and adding mocktails to the menu! Very exciting things ahead! And don’t fret, if your drink choice doesn’t make the cut this season, it is sure to have a spot in a season to come.
